In this panel discussion, we hear from the next generation of women leading change. This penultimate keynote and panel addresses the barriers and challenges of unconscious bias. How deep does the problem go and can it be overcome? Does internal training work or should we be doing more?

How far has the industry moved in making real change in the workplace? In this closing panel, we look at last year’s mandate for change and assess how media leaders are moving towards more balanced workforces.
